This Chucky cake was created for a 7 year old boy who loves horror movies. Chucky is made from a red velvet cake that was carved and then coated in ganache. The structure is made from pvc pipe and aluminum. After the ganache was set I then added fondant and started sculpting all the details. The eyes were created using edible paper and isomalt that was poured into an eye mold.
