Cake Ingenuity is a custom cake shop based in Albuquerque, NM owned by a married couple whom both have a strong passion for cakes. We specialize in custom unique wedding cakes, 3D cakes, and one of a kind special occasion cakes. All our cakes are made from scratch including our delicious signature swiss meringue buttercream and marshmallow fondant. We take your ideas and toughest challenges and make them come true.
JOE TORRES
Joe was born and raised in El Paso, TX, where the start of his baking career industry began. Since 2003, he has worked for several top end bakeries in 2 different cities which has led to his vast array of knowledge of various skills and techniques. He specializes in sculpted and special effects cakes. Joe is also self taught and works with various mediums of art.
AMBER TORRES
Amber is an Albuquerque native and has always had a passion for baking from a young age, Since 2018, Amber worked for various bakeries around town until she found the right one where she met Joe. They became best friends and together their passion for baking grew to a whole new level. Amber specializes in wedding cakes and has a deep love for getting that picture perfect shot!
